Operating and accommodation rules of Jestřábí I. camp (hereinafter referred to as the "Camp")

 

1. These operating and accommodation rules regulate the rights of the Accommodation Provider and Guest in connection with accommodation in the camp.

2. The Accommodation Provider is Kitesport, s.r.o., with its registered office at S. K. Neumanna 986/15, Prague 8, Company Identification Number: 28379713, Kemp Jestřábí I., Černá v Pošumaví 152, postal code 382 23.

3. The Guest undertakes to pay the Accommodation Provider the price for accommodation, which is communicated to them in advance, as well as the price for services related to accommodation according to the Accommodation Provider’s valid price list.

4. An accommodation contract is concluded between the Accommodation Provider and the Guest. The accommodation contract is concluded:

4.1. in the case of an on-line order through the Accommodation Provider’s website or on-line platform on which the accommodation is offered by the Accommodation Provider, at the time of delivery of confirmation of the date of accommodation by the Accommodation Provider to the email address of the Guest;

4.2. by paying the price for accommodation or its part (advance) by the Guest.

5. The operating and accommodation rules of the camp apply to the entire camp area, especially to the designated area for tents, caravans and accommodation units in the camp area.

6. Only a Guest can be accommodated in the camp area who checks in properly at the reception located at the entrance to the complex, presents an identity card (ID card, passport or other state-issued document with identification data) and pay the price for accommodation.

7. The Guest is obliged to pay the price for the entire period of accommodation before the start of accommodation, unless otherwise agreed upon with the Accommodation Provider, by one of the following payment methods:

7.1. in the case of an on-line reservation at the same time as the reservation is made by credit card or bank transfer,

7.2. by paying the invoice issued by the Accommodation Provider before the commencement of accommodation,

7.3. by means of a voucher issued by the Accommodation Provider and presented by the Guest at the check-in at the reception at the latest.

8. The Accommodation Provider is entitled in special cases to change the Guest's accommodation, which, however, will not deviate significantly from the binding confirmed order.

9. The order, which was confirmed by the Accommodation Provider, can be cancelled or changed by the Guest without a cancellation fee, at least 14 days before the start of the stay. In the case of cancellation 13 or less days before the start of the stay, a cancellation fee of 100% of the paid deposit is charged.

10. ENTRY AND USE OF THE CAMP IS PERMITTED ONLY BY ACCOMMODATED GUESTS AND by Guests who are not carriers or suffer from infectious or parasitic diseases, nor have been ordered to undergo medical supervision or quarantine.

11. Unless otherwise agreed upon in the period of accommodation, check-in for accommodation units is valid from 16.00. The Guest is obliged to leave the accommodation unit on the day of the end of the stay by 10.00 a.m., restore it to its original condition (including turning off the lights, closing the windows and doors) and hand in the key at the reception. If the guest does not meet this deadline, the Accommodation Provider is entitled to charge the price of accommodation for the next day.

12. For Guests staying in their own facilities (tents, cars, caravans, motor homes, minibuses, etc.), the end of the stay in the complex is valid until 10.00 on the last day. If the Guest does not meet this deadline, the Accommodation Provider is entitled to charge the price of accommodation for the next day.

13. Guests can only set up tents and park vehicles and caravans in the designated areas.

14. Guests staying in the camp are obliged to maintain cleanliness and order, especially in sanitary facilities and the dishwasher, to dispose of municipal waste only in the containers in designated areas.

15. Throwing away fish, dead animals and hot ash into the containers is strictly forbidden, and it is also forbidden to dispose of large-volume and hazardous waste throughout the entire camp.

16. The guest is responsible for damages caused to the Accommodation Provider's property according to generally binding regulations.

17. It is forbidden to disturb the peace in the period from 22.00 to 7.00. During cultural events, the ban on disturbing the peace changes from 24.00 to 7.00.

18. Fires are only allowed in the designated areas.

19. There is a strict ban on bringing any glass items to the beach, polluting the beach area and water.

20. Entry to the pier is allowed only for those accompanied by the staff or employees of the camp.

21. Parents or their legal guardians are responsible for the safety of children when on the premises!

22. There are artistic artefacts on the camp premises which are not classified as being for play – handling them and playing on them is not allowed and is only at your own risk.

23. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the area. Any malfunction of the Internet in the camp does not enable the guests to claim the right to compensation.

24. The owners of boats and catamarans located in the camp on the marked area are the responsibility of their owners. The owner is responsible for any damage caused by improper storage and securing of the vessel.

25. The movement of dogs and other animals is allowed only on a leash and under the supervision of the owner throughout the camp! There is a strict ban on walking dogs throughout the camp.

26. The Accommodation Provider is not responsible for money, personal documents and other valuables that were not placed in its custody.

27. The maximum speed of vehicles in the area is 5 km/h.

28. Each Guest must acquaint themselves with these Operating and Accommodation Rules and is obliged to comply with them.

29. By paying for the accommodation, the Guest declares that they have been acquainted with these Operating and Accommodation Rules and that they have fully understood them.

30. Accommodated Guests and other persons moving in the camp are obliged to comply with the fire alarm guidelines of Jestřábí I camp. All accommodation capacities and interiors of buildings are subject to a strict ban on smoking and lighting fires.

31. The Operating and Accommodation rules of the camp are binding for all accommodated Guests and persons moving on the premises of the camp. Accommodated Guest, or a person who violates the Operating and Accommodation regulations will be expelled from the camp without compensation. In case of damage or destruction of the Accommodation Provider’s equipment, the amount according to the actual amount of damage will be exacted from the accommodated Guest or person.

32. The Accommodation Provider is entitled to deny entry to the camp by persons who are obviously under the influence of alcohol or other addictive and narcotic substances, persons unduly noisy or otherwise disturbing the order, peace and good manners, especially between 22:00 to 7:00. – the Accommodation Provider is also entitled to expel such persons from the accommodation. In such a case, the accommodated Guest is obliged to pay 100% of the price for accommodation.

33. It is forbidden to damage, arbitrarily modify and otherwise handle greenery in the entire camp.

34. In case of early termination of the stay by the Guest, the Accommodation Provider will return the money only on the basis of a medical report.

35. The Accommodation Provider is the administrator of the Guest’s personal data within the meaning of Article 4 (7) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 96 / 46 / EC (hereinafter referred to as the “Regulation”) and undertakes to comply with this Regulation when managing the personal data of the guest. The Accommodation Provider informs the Guest in the sense of Article 13 of the Regulation before booking the accommodation (before concluding the accommodation contract) about the processing of the Guest’s personal data. The Accommodation Provider only processes all personal data of the Guest on the basis of consent for the processing and transmission of data for which consent is required in accordance with the regulation

36. The gate and the entrance to the camp are closed from 22.00 to 7.00
